Today’s Christmas-inspired flowers feature gorgeous and fluffy white roses, hyperacums, eucalyptus leaves and white ranunculus, all from the flower shop Le Jardin de Monet. Aren’t those pretty?
It’s been quite hectic since a week: working in a pastry shop comes with a busy holiday period serving clients, answering the phone and wrapping yummy baked goods. But hey, I also get to spend time with some lovely people, laugh and eat delicious bûches de Noël all day… At last, long shifts are finally over and my feet can rest a bit. The usual Harry Potter books marathon, baking afternoons and movie nights on Netflix can now begin.
On another note, I’ve been accepted into a photography program which will start on January and I’m thrilled for this new start. Overall, it’s been a good year, especially for the last four months. I graduated, travelled to Danemark, Sweden and Germany (they’ve been on my bucket list for forever!), improved my relationship with food and made a life-changing decision that makes me feel happy.
I can’t wait to see what 2015 has in store.
Merry Christmas to you all.
